Cathedral Arts is pleased to welcome back the National Capital Concert Band and Director Rocco Romeo on Saturday, April 6, as they lead us on a musical tour of Great Britain and Europe.
It promises to be an exciting voyage, accompanied by guides including Eric Coates, Gustav Holst and Kenneth Alford. Meanwhile on “the Continent”, patrons can expect melodic vistas ranging from heroic Finland to sunny Italy, and heart-racing Spanish rhythms -and no tour would be complete without a stop in Paris, the City of Lights, in the form of operatic overtures.
Be sure to have your passport ready and your most comfortable walking shoes, as Ottawa’s premiere concert band ensemble leads us on this Grand Tour.
